Employee Engagement
Corporate Volunteering - Giving Back to Society
Overview: As one of the fastest-growing economies, ranked 5th globally, we face the challenge of addressing widespread inequalities. Despite our economic growth, our SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) ranking is 112 out of 166, and our HDI (Human Development Index) stands at 134 out of 193 nations.
To do our part in reducing these inequalities, we are organizing employee volunteering engagements, aiming to make a meaningful impact on society while also offering innovative employee engagement and retention opportunities.
Why Employee Volunteering?
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Volunteering can boost employee morale and retention by providing meaningful and fulfilling experiences outside the workplace.
- Reducing Inequalities: Active participation by employees can contribute to reducing social and economic inequalities.
- Learning and Exposure: Employees gain new insights, skills, and exposure to social development, enhancing their personal and professional growth.
