Our Story
They say a journey of thousand miles starts from a single step. How true it is..!!!
Ours started over a cup of coffee with a simple idea of creating an impact on the social landscape… We debated anything and everything under the Sun to see what is possible and what works. We explored technology, proposal, fund-raising, baseline survey, impact report, CSR, education, skill development, healthcare, regenerative farming, women empowerment, environment, tree plantation and what not? And one day we discovered a pattern is emerging out of no where, we could see a method in madness, a sense in non sense, a purpose in cluttered efforts, little clarity in uncertainty…
Colleagues can be friends and can also become partners. And that’s exHCLite spirit of entrepreneurship.

Mr. Farmer Initiative
As a part of Mr. Farmer, we are providing climate smart kits like For Example, Agroforestry, Bee Box, Vermi-Composting and Active Charcoal set-up along with training and hand holding support.
Agroforestry
Integrating trees and crops for a sustainable farming system.
Bee Box
Promoting pollination and honey production to diversify income.
Active Charcoal
Enhancing soil fertility and water retention.
Vermicompost
Producing rich organic compost for improved crop yields.
Purpose and Goals
Mission
India is one of the fastest growing economies. But at the same time, we rank 117th in SDG and 129th in HDI at global level. While we work on creating a direct impact on Environment, Climate smart agriculture and Innovation in Education, our vision is to work with ground level NGOs creating impact on social indicators so that the economic and social divide improves upon.
Purpose and Goals
Objectives
Our immediate objective is to enable 100 farmers to implement climate smart agricultural best practices, 100 schools with Vidya Vriksha and 25 Colleges promoting innovation. The long term objective is to equip the Social Development ecosystem stakeholders with discovery of projects and engagement resulting in a positive impact on social indicators.

At our NGO, we are dedicated to making a difference through three key initiatives: Mr. Farmer, where we empower and support the agricultural community; Vidya Vriksha, our educational program that nurtures young minds and promotes learning; and Mr. Innovator, where we encourage and foster innovation to solve pressing societal challenges. Together, these initiatives drive our mission to create a sustainable and equitable future for all.
